Description: All of A Pocket Full of Pie's pocket pies are crafted by hand and made with a flaky, buttery crust. Their "sweet" pies are egg washed and sugar sanded, made with real fruit, and the highest quality ingredients. Each pie is individually wrapped and frozen, until you are ready to bake them. Serve these pies at your family dinner, a special occasion or non-occasion, just because, or any party or gathering. 

Apple
Ingredients: Apples, Unbleached Flour, Butter, Water, Cane Sugar ,Brown Sugar, Eggs, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Cornstarch, Pure Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, Fresh Grated Nutmeg.

Everyone's first love, "American as apple pie". Their signature flaky, buttery, sugar sanded crust, stuffed with their deliciously sweet, yet tart apple filling. Chunks of apples, brown sugar, lemon juice, pure vanilla extract and freshly grated nutmeg, make this pie the earthy balanced treat. 

Blackberry
Ingredients: Blackberries, Unbleached Flour, Butter, Cane Sugar, Water, Eggs, Cornstarch, Sea Salt, Pure Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon.


These heart shaped pies are loaded with an earthy blackberry filling, bursting with sweetness, with a touch of pure vanilla extract and cinnamon. Wrapped in their signature flaky, buttery, sugar sanded crust. A great pie for everyday and the perfect dessert choice. 


Apple Cranberry
Ingredients: Apples, Unbleached Flour, Butter, Water, Cranberries, Cane Sugar, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Cornstarch, Pure Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, Fresh Grated Nutmeg.

Shaped like apples, these Apple Cranberry pies are a balance of sweet yet tart. Bursting with chunks of apples and bright cranberry goodness, brown sugar, lemon juice, pure vanilla extract and freshly grated nutmeg. Wrapped in our signature flaky, buttery, sugar sanded crust. A winter favorite. 

Peach
Ingredients: Peaches, Unbleached Flour, Butter, Water, Cane Sugar, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Tapioca, Sea Salt, Lemon Juice, Pure Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon.

These peach shaped pocket pies are a seasonal classic. Their signature flaky, buttery, sugar sanded crust, is filled with luscious chunky peach filling. With the warmth of pure vanilla extract, cinnamon and a splash of lemon to balance, this pie is a true tribute to Summer.

Salted Caramel Apple
Their apple shaped pie, is a seasonal favorite, for good reason. Their signature flaky, buttery, sugar sanded crust, is filled with earthy, chunky apple goodness and drizzled with our small batch sea salt caramel.

Pecan
Their lattice shaped pocket pie, is an ode to a traditional southern pecan pie. Brimming with a sugary, salted browned butter, pecan filling and wrapped in their signature flaky, buttery, sugar sanded crust. Available seasonally, it is always a crowd pleaser. 


A Pocket Full of Pie

This story really revolves around family and food! We all agree that food is the “love language” of any family. The owner, Mary Ellen’s mother, Jean, was and still is, the driving force. She instilled in her daughters the nurturing of others, gathering of family and expressing love through food. Amazing food, homemade from scratch no matter what it is, no box required or even allowed! Mary Ellen began making these Pocket pies for Thanksgiving in 2009 and everyone loved them! The pies would show up frequently - at work, family functions and gatherings. It was when her daughter Nicolette wrote a Thanksgiving tribute for school, honoring how special making these pies was for her, that the spark ignited Mary Ellen, and A Pocket Full Of Pie was set in motion. A Pocket Full of Pie opened at the Artisan Exchange in 2019. Prior to opening, the handcrafted pies were served at many family and social gatherings for over a decade.
