Alexa fell in love with Italian culture and food while studying for a semester in Florence, Italy during college. Upon graduation, she decided to leave her home in the Philadelphia suburbs, where she had grown up in the restaurant industry, and plant her roots back in Florence.

Alexa always dreamed of building a bridge between her hometown and her adopted home of Florence, Italy. Through her love of food she has been able to do just that, bringing a taste of Italy back to the United States and giving Americans the opportunity to access the same high-quality ingredients that the Italians use. Food has alway been a vehicle for bringing people together and with Bellemille on the dining room table, she hopes to do just that. If living in Italy has taught Alexa anything, its that all you need in life is good food, good wine and good company.

Bellemille fosters a deeper connection to food by bridging the richness of Italian tradition with the modern culinary world, crafting extra virgin olive oil that invites you to slow down, savor, and gather—elevating the table with beauty, flavor, and a sensory experience that nourishes both body and soul. Bellemille olives are sourced from a single family farm in Tuscany, where generations of tradition shape every harvest. From the grove to the on-site mill, straight into the bottle, and finally to your doorstep—our extra virgin olive oil never sees the inside of a factory. Sustainably farmed, with no fillers, preservatives, or shortcuts, our only goal is to deliver the finest Italian olive oil, exactly as nature intended.
