One of our favorite ways to prepare apsaragus is this Asparagus Salad! The balsamic vinegar dressing is the perfect pairing for this earthy veggie.
Storage: Wrap bottom of asparagus in a damp paper towel and place in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. Will last up to 7 days.
