Ingredients: Dates, Tahini, Dried Tart Cherries, Oats, Organic Tart Cherry Powder, 70% Dark Chocolate Chips, Beetroot Powder, Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt. Contains: Sesame.

Storage: Unopened pouches will keep at room temperature until the best by date. Opened pouches should be resealed and stored at room temperature for up to a month. (If you don't eat them all first!)
