Description: While Mother Butter is delicious, it is also incredibly nutritious. Each serving (2tbsps) contains a daily serving of Omega-3s, which is awesome for those seeking a vegan source. It is also incredibly rich in iron, magnesium, folate and is a good source of protein. No matter, it's delicious, nut free and gluten-free. A snacking option you can always feel good about.
