Description: Basic ramen noodles are made from four ingredients: Wheat Flour, Purified Water, Salt & Kansui. This kit contains two servings of fresh noodles paired with rich miso paste broth. Miso ramen is a staple, traditional ramen flavors.
Ingredients: Unbleached enriched wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, unenriched wheat flour, water, potassium carbonate, salt, sodium carbonate, miso, alcohol, soy sauce, wheat, soybean, sugar, salt, natural flavoring, maltodextrin, yeast extract, ginger powder, garlic powder, sesame seeds, vegetable extract, chinese cabbage extract, onion powder, and red pepper powder.
Contains: soy, wheat & sesame.
Noodles are manufactured in a facility that uses eggs and fish ingredients.
