Description: This Pastrami Cold-Smoked Steelhead Trout has the same buttery, silky texture as their regular Cold-Smoked but topped with a peppery bite of pastrami. Hand cured with all-natural ingredients and smoked in small batches by family-owned smokehouse, Samaki, located in the Hudson Valley. No hormones, antibiotics or artificial dyes. Free of mercury and microplastics. Each pack weights 4 oz.
This trout lox is perfect on bagels with cream cheese, as a topping to any salad or bowl, or as the ultimate cracker topping for your appetizer board. For best taste, we suggest removing package from fridge and letting it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
