Description: Drumsticks include the lower portion of the leg quarter. Gobbler's Ridge grass fed chickens are of the highest quality; they are pasture raised and soy, antibiotic and GMO-Free.

Weight and Price: Weights are available from 1.13 - 1.91 lbs. The price per pound is $6.99 and the average piece is (1.52 lbs.) $10.62. On the day of delivery, our team will select a piece from the designated weight range and charge you according to that weight.

Storage: Keep frozen until you are ready to cook. Thaw the night before in the refrigerator and prepare using your favorite recipe.
Gobblers Ridge Farm

Gobblers Ridge Farm

Located in New Providence, and run by run by Katie and Henry Esch, Gobblers Ridge lambs are grassfed and grass finished. These animals have constant access to pasture and are never fed grain. In the winter months and dry seasons they feed on foraged grasses in the form of dried hay, baleage and silage. The farmers oversee the breeding and feeding of their animals from birth to slaughter.
