Description: Treat yourself and enjoy the delicious mix of fiber-rich crispbread turned into a decadent delight! Crafted from the Knekkebrød pieces and delectable edges, that arise after scoring our crispbread sheets, tossed with rich caramel, then crowned with dark chocolate, and finished with a tantalizing drizzle of cranberries and Maldon sea salt flakes. The result, a mouthwatering creation we fondly call KNEKKEGODIS. A crunchy sweet treat that perfectly balances the wholesome goodness of our Knekkebrød with scrumptious indulgence. Your order of freshly handcrafted KnekkeGodis, comes in a container with a net weight of 4.4 oz/125 gr, approx 2-3 pieces.

They put a best-before date of 2 months. KnekkeGodis doesn't go bad but loses some of its fresh- and crispness with time. As with all small batch and fresh baked organic food it is meant to be enjoyed and not stored.

Ingredients: organic rye flour, organic oats and oat bran, organic sunflower seeds, organic pumpkin seeds, organic flax seeds organic sesame seeds, organic extra virgin olive oil, water, nonGMO baking powder sea salt, organic psyllium husk, organic salted butter, organic brown sugar, fairtrade dark chocolate, organic sweetened cranberries. Baked in a facility that processes tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat.

How did Norwegian Baked begin? It all traces back to that one summer at home in Norway...there was a luscious just-baked scent floating through the air and I followed my senses straight to my Aunt Liv’s kitchen. There, I found her baking the most delectable Crispbread. It was love at first bite and she taught me how to craft them using our decades-old family recipe. I was hooked. So back to my second, more permanent home in Brooklyn I went, where I started experimenting with the family recipe and serving it to friends and family (lucky them!). Altering the ingredients a few times to find the perfect balance, I finally honed it. Thus, Norwegian Baked was born. Baked fresh in Brooklyn using organic ingredients and whole grains like rye flour and oats, Norwegian Baked Knekkebrød is naturally wheat-free and vegan-friendly. Taste the nutrient-rich seeds such as sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and flax while soaking up all of the fibrous and nourishing benefits. These Crispbreads are nut-free without compromising on that savory nutty taste and not to mention, they come with a short and clean ingredients list.
