This is a delicious whole wheat based dough with raisins and walnuts mixed into the bread.

Description: This bread is jsut the right sweetness and crunch to get your day started! It's also equally delicious for toast, table bread, and chicken salad sandwiches! Dare we say, try it as french toast as well! This bread comes to you as a whole, unsliced loaf.

Ingredients: Flour, Natural Levain Starter, Biga, Salt, Sugar, Yeast, Filtered Water, Raisins, Walnuts.

Storage: This is a fresh bread with no preservatives, it will keep on your counter for a few days. You can freeze the bread and use slices as you need. We suggest keeping out what you'll use in a few days and freezing the remainder to pull out as needed. Never put fresh baked bread in the refrigerator, this will take the crunch out of the crust and cause the product to go stale. We love these bread storing tips from King Arthur Flour!
