This is Baker Street's traditional sourdough that begins with their 24 year old sourdough starter!
Description: Crispy crust, soft & chewy interior makes this is a versatile loaf of bread that's great for all types of sandwiches, toasts, as well as table bread. This bread comes to you as a whole, unsliced loaf.
Ingredients: Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Natural Levain Starter, Filtered Water, Salt, Yeast.
Storage: This is a fresh bread with no preservatives, it will keep on your counter for a few days. You can freeze the bread and use as needed. We suggest keeping out what you'll use in a few days and freezing the remainder to pull out as needed. Never put fresh baked bread in the refrigerator, this will take the crunch out of the crust and cause the product to go stale. We love these bread storing tips from King Arthur Flour!
