The initial flavor is simple and fresh but the mouthfeel develops into a complexity of nuttiness and milkiness that is guaranteed to please your taste-buds. This is no average grocery store cheddar cheese!

Ingredients: Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Rennet, Culture.

Storage: Rewrap every few days. Make sure you keep the cheese protected from the refrigerator air.
