This cheese is made from raw cow's milk and aged at least 60 days.

Description: Classic, creamy, salty, milky, delicate...These are all ways to describe our new Sunset Farm Cheddar Cheese. The initial flavor is simple and fresh but the mouthfeel develops into a complexity of nuttiness and milkiness that is guaranteed to please your taste-buds. This is no average grocery store cheddar cheese.

Storage: Rewrap every few days. Make sure you keep the cheese protected from the refrigerator air.

Sunset Farms

Jake Beiler runs a small third-generation family farm with 50 dairy cows in Ronks, PA. He is focusing on the comfort of the cows and giving them the least stressful environment as possible to live in. This quality care leads to great rBST (antibiotic) free milk, which in turn leads to delicious cheeses, yogurts, and milk.
