Description: These sausages come 4 to a pack. These sausages have an amazing flavor or sundried tomatoes and basil spread through out. They're delicious crumbled or sliced in pasta as well as used to stuff tomatoes or peppers! Sausage is wrapped in a pork casing.

Ingredients: Chicken, Sun-dried tomatoes, water, basil, salt and spices. In collagen casings.

Recipe: One of our favorite uses for this delicious sausage is a quick pasta dinner! If you aren't sure what ingredients to use we suggest trying this Roasted Tomato & Chicken Sausage Pasta!

Storage: Keep sausage frozen until you're ready to use. Thaw in the fridge overnight and use within 1-2 days of thawing.

Griggstown Farm is a preserved farm in Somerset County, New Jersey. Nearly 40 years ago, George and Joan Rude, started the farm. They take great pride in the fact that they do it all right here on the premises. Their poultry is grown naturally and processed in their own USDA processing plant. Some of the produce grown on the farm are used in their prepared foods made in their USDA kitchen. This is what makes Griggstown Farm distinctive. The uniqueness of what they do enables them to provide you, our customer, with superior quality poultry, pies, and prepared foods.
