Spring garlic is the stalks and under developed bulbs of garlic. Think of these as a garlic scallion!

Description: The flavor of spring garlic is fresh, mild, and sweet, with an almost nutty aroma. Vastly different from adult garlic. The cloves of the garlic bulb are underdeveloped resulting in a more mild flavor. 

Uses: You can use spring garlic interchangeably in place of garlic in a recipes, but you can also use it in place of leeks, scallions, and spring onions. The mild flavor also means you can also enjoy spring garlic raw.
