Grey oyster mushrooms feature a fresh, earthy taste making them perfect for a variety of dishes!

DescriptionGrey oyster mushrooms are native to North America and feature a fresh, earthy taste, perfect for a variety of dishes. Typically forming large clusters with perfectly rounded edges and eshy caps. With a subtle mushroom avor, these cold weather greys are a bit denser and crisp up really nicely. We love them for making mushroom bacon or mixed with wild rice. 

Recipe: Check our own recipe for Native American Tapas. It combines sautéed grey oysters and fry bread.

Storage: Store your mushrooms tight together! Transfer the mushrooms to a storage container that can fit the mushrooms in a small area. The tighter the wrapping the better! If you don’t have tupperware - transfer the mushrooms into a ziplock bag.
