Philly muffins are the english muffin of Philadelphia!! They're hand formed using artisan grains and flours.

Description: The Philly Muffin is a square shaped English muffin with excellent flavor and texture which provides a sturdy base on which to build a sandwich. Air pockets fill this soft bread to resemble the traditional "nooks and crannies" found in a regular English muffin.

Ingredients: Ingredients: Unbleached and unbromated wheat flour, water, cornmeal*, apple cider vinegar, whole wheat flour, canola oil*, salt, malted barley flour, yeast.
* = GMO-FREE

Storage: This is a fresh bread with no preservatives, it will keep on your counter for a few days. We suggest keeping out what you'll use in a few days and freezing the remainder to pull out as needed. Never put fresh baked bread in the refrigerator, this will take the crunch out of the crust and cause the product to go stale.
