Description: Spaghetti squash is a winter squash that when cooked, the flesh strips away like ribbons of spaghetti. The squash can be baked, boiled, steamed or microwaved.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry, preferably dark place for optimal shelf life. If your house is on the hotter side the refrigerator would be the best storage option.

Located in Glenn Mills, PA this collective is made up of Amish family farmers. They grow a range of fruits and vegetables between the 10 farmers. Innovative and forward looking, these farmers extend their growing season with high tunnels, and combine old and new techniques to responsibly and productively farm their land.
