Grains: Yellow Grits (2 lbs)

Description: Grits give an intense corn flavor with a slightly more granular texture. It is stone ground from whole grain corn grown right in Pennsylvania in a mill that's over 100 years old. Made from local, NON-GMO yellow dent corn. This is a coarse texture but very consistent nugget even for cooking. This grits shine on their own as a traditional breakfast dish, or as a bed for fish, meats or sauces. This are the best stone-ground grits in the Northeast.

Storage: Refrigerate at 42 degrees or cooler for up to 6 months, frozen bags will keep up to a year.
