Honey: Chunk

$26.00

1 Pint

A nice portion of comb honey, cut out of the frame the surrounded by extracted honey, resulting in one and a half pounds of delight!

Description: A square section of comb in its natural state surrounded by pure raw honey. The comb was cut out of the wooden frame and packaged with delicious honey!

Uses: Use a chunk of honeycomb over a bowl of warm oatmeal, warm pancakes or warm waffles. A baguette topped with brie and a few small chunks of honeycomb can be a great lunch or snack, try melting the brie just slightly and topping with the honeycomb. You can add chunks of honeycomb to your grilled cheese sandwiches, or even your salads. We love topping the spiciest chili we can make with a small piece of honeycomb and sour cream to cut the spice ever so slightly and add complexity to the flavors.

Swarmbustin' Honey

Swarmbustin' Honey was founded to support thier habit, of keeping bees. Their passion exploded and with it the number of hives, followed by beeyards sprouting up in three counties in Pennsylvania and one in northern Delaware. Twenty years later they operate under the umbrella of a cottage industry simply “Gone Wild.” The wildness has spread, seeding outbuildings including barns and sheds beeing used for warehousing and work stations. Their efficiency is restricted by their perpetual bouncing of materials between buildings. The hub of all this activity is their home. They have extended their limitations to the max, Bustin out of their seams, if you will, hence the need for an All-Under-One-Roof Facility for Swarmbustin’ Honey.
