All-Natural Honey Pecan- Their most popular flavor. They've been baking this all-natural honey pecan at their bed and breakfast since 1988.
Ingredients: rolled oats, oat bran, honey, butter, pecans, spices and salt.

All-Natural Native Berry- The perfect fusion plump native fruits and unique spices. It is both nut free and wheat free.
Ingredients: rolled oats, honey, brown sugar, butter, dried blueberries, dried cranberries, pure vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon and mace.

All-Natural Cherry Almond Quinoa- The cherry almond variety has the sweet taste of tart cherries, complemented by the crunchiness of sliced almonds and toasted quinoa. 
Ingredients: rolled oats, oat bran, honey, butter, tart cherries, almonds, flax meal, quinoa, almond extract and salt.

Good Vibrations (Vegan Crispy Date Nut)- Made with cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil and shredded coconut, which give the granola a more clustered texture that is great for snacking out of the bag.
Ingredients: rolled oats, olive oil, shredded coconut, brown sugar, dates, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, water, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

It all started in 1988 when a husband and wife team began their dream of owning and operating a bed and breakfast, The Bethlehem Inn. After fixing up the inn and getting the guest rooms complete, they were missing only one thing: breakfast! After weeks of baking in the kitchen, they came up with their honey pecan granola. After years of serving their granola to guests at the B&B, along with many other baked goods, they decided it was time to offer their granola outside the inn. They built a commercial kitchen in their basement, and began baking and packaging their granola for retail stores throughout eastern Pennsylvania. In no time, their granola grew in popularity, and it was time to expand their baking operations. This granola is baked the way it should be: with flavor and quality of the utmost importance.
