Description: Called classic for a reason. This kraut is just that. Simple and plain. Made of cabbage, salt and time to ferment.  Made with all local cabbage, Carly uses only the freshest ingredients.

Great paired with any of our grass-fed pork sausages, or as a topping on a fresh tossed salad.
