Description: Pastured, antibiotic & hormone locally raised lamb. The lamb is processed right on Jamison's farm in their USDA facility. Ground lamb is delicious in any recipe that calls for ground beef. It has a deeper, earthier flavor but cooks up just the same! It's also great for Lamb-Feta Burgers with Tzatziki!

Recipe: Our greek yogurt from Fiddlecreek and Ciabattini from Baker Street are perfect for these Lamb-Feta Burgers with Tzatziki!

Storage: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, once thawed, keep refrigerated and use within 2-3 days.
