Description: Baked (not fried) Sicilian eggplant to start - rolled up with a ricotta cheese and pecorino romano mixture and baked to perfection.
Ingredients: Eggplant, Mozzarella cheese (cow's milk, rennet, sea salt), Ricotta cheese (cow's milk, rennet, cultures, sea salt), tomato, onions, garlic, basil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and spices.
Directions: Heating instructions are listed on the label of the container. Thaw in the refrigerator 12-24 hours before ready to eat. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove the plastic lid and throw away or recycle. Recover container with foil. Once the oven is preheated, cook 15-20 minutes. Take foil off and cook for another 10 minutes until bubbly and delicious. Enjoy! Keep frozen until ready to use!
