Cheese: Sunset Smoked Cheddar

This cheese is made from raw cow's milk and aged at least 60 days.

Description: Classic, creamy, salty, milky...with a subtle smokiness from a natural cold smoking! The initial flavor is simple and fresh but you'll soon taste the subtle smokiness combined with an almost fruitiness that is guaranteed to please your taste-buds. The difference in this smoked cheddar is the cheese is naturally cold smoked and no liquid smoke is used in the process. You don't get that overwhelming smoke flavor with this cheese. This is no average grocery store cheddar cheese.

Ingredients: Raw Milk, Salt, Rennet, Culture, and Apple Smoked Flavor.

Storage: Rewrap every few days. Make sure you keep the cheese protected from the refrigerator air.
