Description: Creamy, buttery, and mild makes this cheese a great addition to many dishes. This cheese is commonly used in Mexican and Spanish cuisine as its mild in flavor and melts really well. Colby is mild and a great multi-use cheese.

Ingredients: Raw Milk, Salt, Rennet, Culture.

Storage: Rewrap every few days. Make sure you keep the cheese protected from the refrigerator air.
