These meatballs come 8 to a package. They're a perfect alternative to pork or beef. You can make sandwiches, top pizza with them or add them to your favorite sauce over pasta. The possibilities are endless!

Description: These meatballs come 8 to a package. They're a perfect alternative to pork or beef. You can make sandwiches, top pizza with them or add them to your favorite sauce over pasta. The possibilities are endless! Griggstown houses a USDA certified processing system that processes the chickens in site. All the birds are raised all natural (free of growth hormones and antibiotics) and cage-free without overcrowding.

Heating instructions: Defrost frozen meatballs under refrigeration overnight. Bring your favorite tomato sauce to a boil, add meatballs, and simmer until internal temperature of meatballs reaches 165°F. Alternatively, brown meatballs in a saute pan or bake in a preheated 400°F oven before finishing in the sauce.

Ingredients: Ground chicken, eggs, panko bread crumbs (wheat flour (contains less than 2% of each sugar, yeast, soybean oil, salt)), imported parmesan cheese, white wine, parsley, water, lemon juice, salt, spices, garlic. Contains: gluten, milk, soy & eggs. 

Storage: Meatballs come frozen. Thaw and enjoy! Eat within 2-3 days after thawing.

Griggstown Farm is a preserved farm in Somerset County, New Jersey. Nearly 40 years ago, George and Joan Rude, started the farm. They take great pride in the fact that they do it all right here on the premises. Their poultry is grown naturally and processed in their own USDA processing plant. Some of the produce grown on the farm are used in their prepared foods made in their USDA kitchen. This is what makes Griggstown Farm distinctive. The uniqueness of what they do enables them to provide you, our customer, with superior quality poultry, pies, and prepared foods.
