Description: These burgers are a quick & delicious go to. They have the added burst of flavor from caramelized onions being added in when they're made. Griggstown houses a USDA certified processing system that processes the chickens in site. All the birds are raised all natural (free of growth hormones and antibiotics) and cage-free without overcrowding.

Ingredients: Ground turkey, red onions, scallions, parsley, garlic, salt, thyme, black pepper. 

Heating Instructions: Broil or grill turkey burgers until they have reached an internal temperature of 165 F.

Storage: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw overnight in the fridge.

Griggstown Farm is a preserved farm in Somerset County, New Jersey. Nearly 40 years ago, George and Joan Rude, started the farm. They take great pride in the fact that they do it all right here on the premises. Their poultry is grown naturally and processed in their own USDA processing plant. Some of the produce grown on the farm are used in their prepared foods made in their USDA kitchen. This is what makes Griggstown Farm distinctive. The uniqueness of what they do enables them to provide you, our customer, with superior quality poultry, pies, and prepared foods.
