The perfect companion to your morning cup of coffee or your evening glass of wine! These biscotti are perfect. They're also good for you since they're made with vitamin & mineral dense einkorn flour, but that can be our lil' secret.

Description: The Heritage Flour Baking Co.'s biscotti are baked with ancient grains and other organic ingredients, essential oils, nuts, fruits and the finest chocolate. They have no preservatives, trans-fats, artificial flavors or GMO ingredients. Each unique flavor of biscotti is lovingly prepared by hand in small batches and faithfully baked twice in the historic tradition.  For the first bake, they shape the dough into a flattened log, then the log is then hand-cut into individual cookies, baked again and packaged, again by hand.  Biscotti are great alone, or as the perfect dipping companion to a steaming cup of coffee or tea in the morning, or a glass of wine after dinner. 

Ingredients:

ANISE: Organic einkorn flour, Organic unrefined cane sugar, Organic butter, Organic eggs, Baking powder, aluminum-free, Anise or fennel seed, Anise oil or extract, Madagascar vanilla extract, Celtic sea salt.

CLASSIC ALMOND: Organic einkorn flour, Organic unrefined cane sugar, Almonds, Organic butter, Organic eggs, Aluminum-free baking powder, Pure almond extract, Celtic sea salt.

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT: Organic einkorn flour, Organic unrefined cane sugar, Hazelnuts, Organic butter. Organic eggs, Cocoa, Aluminum-free baking powder, celtic sea salt.

CHOCOLATE EXPRESSO: Organic einkorn flour, Organic unrefined cane sugar, Organic butter, Organic eggs, Cocoa, Aluminum-free baking powder, Espresso coffee ground beans, Celtic sea salt.

LEMON-POPPYSEED: Organic einkorn flour, Organic unrefined cane sugar, Organic butter, Organic eggs, Aluminum-free baking powder, organic lemon peel and juice, Pure lemon extract, Poppy seed, Celtic sea salt. 

WALNUT-MANDELBROT: Organic einkorn flour, Organic unrefined cane sugar, Walnuts, Organic butter, Organic eggs, Aluminum-free baking powder, , Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Celtic sea salt.  

ORANGE-ALMOND: Fragrant and almond-studded, and made with our own candied peel, this traditional biscotti is everything you want biscotti to be: lightly sweet, crunchy and delicious.
