It excels in miso and other brothy soups; or add it to a stir fry or substitute into your favorite sauce recipe.  It can also be seared with garlic and oil or butter and added atop salad or in spring rolls.

Storage: Store your mushrooms tight together! Transfer the mushrooms to a storage container that can fit the mushrooms in a small area. The tighter the wrapping the better! If you don’t have tupperware - transfer the mushrooms into a ziplock bag.
