Description: Fresh Mozz is made from cashew & coconut milk but don't be fooled. It slices and shreds just like fresh mozzarella should. It is a traditional style mozzarella that is hand stretched and slightly salted. This cheese is 2 ovaline packed in brine to maintain freshness and provide a longer shelf life.

Ingredients: Cashew, Coconut, cultures, salt, and agar.

Storage: Keep refrigerated in the brine and use within two weeks.
