Rose’s Gluten Free Bakery is a family owned and operated dedicated gluten-free bakery using only quality ingredients you would use at home. The owners Rose and her sister Louise have been in the food business for over 40 years. Rose owned a deli/bakery for 20 years and her knowledge of ingredients and the science behind them is why they often hear, “I would never know this is gluten free!” After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and a wheat allergy, Rose felt there was a need for gluten free products that tasted like something we all grew up eating but had to give up. Her passion is to take old family recipes and make them gluten free using her own combination of grains and ingredients to recreate textures and flavors from the past.  Being healthy and happy shouldn’t mean giving up your favorite things.
