A classic burger bun that can handle any sandwich. It's vegan, but no one would ever guess. We managed to get all the smoothness and subtle sweetness of a brioche without any eggs or butter. The key is in our slow roasted sweet potato mash.

Ingredients: White flour (unbleached/unbromated), water, sweet potatoes, locally pressed canola oil*, sugar*, apple cider vinegar, salt, yeast.
* = GMO-FREE

Storage: This is a fresh bread with no preservatives, it will keep on your counter for a few days. We suggest keeping out what you'll use in a few days and freezing the remainder to pull out as needed. Never put fresh baked bread in the refrigerator, this will take the crunch out of the crust and cause the product to go stale.
