Our goal at PFW has always been to get more local food into more homes throughout the greater Philadelphia region, and part of that means feeding our neighbors and communities in need. If you have the means, consider a one time donation of $15.00, $25.00, $45.00 or $85.00 to help supply those in need with good, local food to sustain them during these uncertain times. Donations made through your Philly Foodworks account to help our food access work are tax deductible! Click on this item for more information!

Help us fund our food access work in the city! We partner with community organizations around the city to donate and subsidize nutrient-rich, local food for families that can not afford it. For more information check out our donation page.

Some of the community organizations we work with include Sunday Love Project, West Phillie Produce, Ruth Bennett Community Farm, Get Fresh Daily, Jewish Family Children Services, Social Impact Cafe, and several community fridges.

We also run a program to provide low-cost produce boxes to nonprofit organizations that host food giveaways. We are currently selling the boxes (a $35 to $45 retail value) for $20. If we can subsidize this program with monetary donations, our goal is to offer the shares to community groups and other outreach organizations for as little as $5 — all while continuing to pay our farmers the same amount for their harvests.As always, thank you for your support.

Each month Philly Foodworks will track your donations made. At the end of the month, your donations will transfer from Philly Foodworks to Neighborhood Foodworks, our 501(c)(3). At the end of the year, Neighborhood Foodworks will issue you a letter that you will be able to use when preparing your taxes. All donations made will be tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor as to the deductibility of your donation.
