Bread: Sweet Potato Pullman

Description: Philly Bread create a roasted sweet potato mash from fresh sweet potato to bring you a soft, chewy bread perfect for sandwiches. A uniform, pan-baked shape and a denser, yet soft crumb makes this the utilitarian bread for your meal.

White flour (unbleached/unbromated), water, sweet potatoes, locally pressed canola oil*, sugar*, apple cider vinegar, salt, yeast.

Storage: This is a fresh bread with no preservatives, it will keep on your counter for a few days. We suggest keeping out what you'll use in a few days and freezing the remainder to pull out as needed. Never put fresh baked bread in the refrigerator, this will take the crunch out of the crust and cause the product to go stale.
