It is high in protein and calcium and well known for its ability to absorb new flavors through spices and marinades. Due to its flavor absorbent qualities, affordability and nutritional value, tofu, a staple of Asian cuisines for hundreds of years, has recently become popular in Western vegetarian and vegan cooking. Baked Tofu is marinated and then carefully baked to create unique texture. Enjoy by itself as a nutritious snack, in a sandwich, or with your favorite tofu recipes.

Ingredients: Organic tofu (filtered water, organic soybeans, nigari-a natural coagulant), organic wheat-free tamari (water, organic soybeans, salt), Organic Sesame Seeds, Organic Garlic, Organic Ginger. 

Lemon Pepper:
Ingredients: Organic tofu (filtered water, organic soybeans, nigari-a natural coagulant), organic wheat-free tamari (water, organic soybeans, salt), Lemon Juice, Canola Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Black Pepper, Organic Garlic, Organic Rosemary, Organic Dill.

Cooking: When cooking with firm tofu, you will usually want to drain and press the tofu first.

Storage: Refrigerate and use by best by date on the package or freeze for a longer life.
