Curry Ketchup

$8.50

14 oz

If you love Brooklyn Delhi's tomato achaar, you are going to go wild for their Curry Ketchup which is a little sweeter and a little tangier with just the right amount of heat. Spicy, sweet and tangy.

Description: If you love Brooklyn Delhi's tomato achaar, you are going to go wild for their Curry Ketchup which is a little sweeter and a little tangier with just the right amount of heat.  We make a homemade ketchup and then infuse it with the umami flavors found in our tomato achaar. Made with roasted garlic and chili peppers, this condiment will add a punch of flavor to grilled cheese (our favorite), burgers, brats, fries, and eggs.

Plus: their Curry Ketchup has a quarter of the sugar and half the sodium of regular ketchups and a ton more flavor!

Ingredients: water, tomato paste, concentrated crushed tomatoes, distilled vinegar, light brown sugar, sunflower oil, fresh garlic, salt, chili powder, tamarind, spices (fenugreek powder, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, asafetida)

Storage: Refrigerate once opened.

Brooklyn Delhi

Brooklyn Delhi makes delicious condiments and sauces inspired by Indian culinary traditions. Their first line of products that they launched in 2014 focuses on an Indian pantry staple called achaar, sometimes referred to as Indian pickle. Brooklyn Delhi recipes were developed by chef and cookbook author Chitra Agrawal. Since 2009 in Brooklyn, Chitra has specialized in serving, teaching and writing about Indian home cooking. She has been featured in The New York Times, Food & Wine, Bon Appetit, Saveur, among others. Chitra travels to India each year to visit family and gain inspiration for her recipes. In Summer of 2018, they launched their second line of condiments a Curry Ketchup and Curry Mustard, in August of 2019, they launched their line of Simmer Sauces and in 2020 they launched our Guntur Sannam Hot Sauce and Mango Chutney. Handcrafted in small batches in New York & we like it best...on everything!
