Weight and Price: Weights are available from 2.02-3.81 lbs. The price per pound is $4.00 and the average bird (3.31) is $13.26. On the day of delivery, our team will select a bird from the designated weight range and charge you according to that weight.

Description: This is a whole chicken with all parts intact. The whole bird consists of white and dark meat parts. Locust point hens are humanely raised and processed by hand. Whole chickens are great for roasting, and don't forget to use your leftovers for some home-made chicken soup!
Gobblers Ridge Farm

Gobblers Ridge Farm

Located in New Providence, and run by run by Katie and Henry Esch, Gobblers Ridge lambs are grassfed and grass finished. These animals have constant access to pasture and are never fed grain. In the winter months and dry seasons they feed on foraged grasses in the form of dried hay, baleage and silage. The farmers oversee the breeding and feeding of their animals from birth to slaughter.
