Description: Patiently fermented. A blend of green cabbage, dandelion greens, daikon, dulse, ginger and lemon. 

All krauts are made with organically grown ingredients, although it does not say “organic “ on the label, as we source from many local farms who are not certified organic. We use only a mineral rich salt, like Celtic sea salt, Himalayan salt or the Redmond’s Real Salt.


Ingredients: green cabbage, dandelion greens, daikon, dulse, ginger, lemon, and sea salt. 

GMO-FREE.

Storage: Best kept refrigerated.
