Description: A free form Sourdough loaf is the perfect unique addition to your holiday table.

Ingredients: King Arthur Spring Patent Flour, Sour Starter, Yeast, Water, and Sea Salt

Storage: This is a fresh bread product, it will keep on your counter for a few days. You can freeze what you are not using within a few days and pull from your freezer as needed. Never put fresh baked bread in the refrigerator, this will take the crunch out of the crust and cause the product to go stale.

This husband and wife team opened their business in 2003 and have been baking amazing goodies ever since. The duo has expanded over the years and now participates in open air markets around the Philly area, produces a large array of breads & pastries as well as special occasion cakes. Wild Flour uses wholesome ingredients and no preservatives. They bake 7 days a week to provide the freshest product possible!
