Description: OK so it’s a really good bar. A good classic layered situation. Preserved orange caramel made with good California organic blood oranges saturated with sea salt and preserved for months & months, then a layer of Earl Grey tea-infused ganache—a little tart, mega fragrant with black tea and vibrant bergamot—slathered over the caramel. Slab it, slice it, enrobe it in 66%, garnish with a good smattering of edible flower petals. OK.

Ingredients: truly ethical chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, vegan sugar, soy lecithin, vanilla), organic vegan fair trade evaporated cane juice sugar, organic coconut milk, organic coconut oil, organic oranges, organic cornstarch, organic homemade vanilla, earl grey black tea, orange oil, sea salt, edible flower petals, cream of tartar.
