Description: Hill Road Coffee Roasters coffee beans are roasted to a variety of medium levels. This way the subtle and sometimes extreme differences between the coffee origins and processes can be tasted.
This coffee is harvested from smaller farmers in the Valle del Cauca region, which is located in one of the two main conservation corridors in Colombia. Farmers in this region are strongly aware of the importance of preservation and environmental practices.
This coffee was decaffeinated using the Sugarcane process. The process uses an organic compound found in sugarcane to remove 97% of the caffeine.
