Description: A french style semi-soft cheese with a delicate flavor and creamy texture. A great red wine pairing cheese. Due to the higher moisture of the rind development, this cheese has a distinct natural blue color from growth in their limestone caves.

Milk type: Cows milk
Cheese style/family: a Reblochon style cheese
Rind development/treatment: washed rind
