Description: This buttery, eggy, Brioche bread loaf is the objects of your gluten free dreams. This bread will be your new best friend when it comes to French Toast, breakfast sandwiches, grilled cheese, or any sandwich that you’d like to create.

Ingredients: White rice flour, brown rice flour, cornstarch, potato starch, tapioca starch, xanthan gum, butter, milk, eggs, yeast, sugar, salt, apple cider vinegar.

Allergens: Egg, Milk.


After working in some of the best restaurants in the country and then being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, Chef Lila made it her mission to create French Pastry that is \\\'taste-identical\\\' to its wheat flour counterparts. Creating high end pastry for hotels, Universities, for foodservice - and now directly to customers - Chef Lila is working to raise the bar on the perception of what gluten free should taste like. She continues to experiment in the kitchen to create her own GF versions of her favorite breads and pastries to share with those who need it the most. They donate 3% of every single sale to organizations that help feed our community and those that fight for racial and social justice.
