This trout lox is perfect on bagels with cream cheese, as a topping to any salad or bowl, or as the ultimate cracker topping for your appetizer board. For best taste, we suggest removing package from fridge and letting it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
Ingredients: Steelhead trout, Salt, Sugar, Natural Hardwood Smoke.
Storage: Keep fish frozen until ready to use. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator and prepare within 1-2 days.
