Description: Any anglers dream catch, Red's Swordfish is flavorful and often referred to as a steak-styled cut of seafood as its dense nature provides a hearty but light meal. Our favorite dish is Grilled Swordfish Tips glazed with a soy sauce and garlic infused marinade topped with a sprig of rosemary.

Packaging & Usage: High tech flash frozen and vacuum sealed in 1 lb. portions at peak freshness from the ocean. Each packaged item provides the transparent catch data to harvest your local catch; the species, fisherman, vessel, port of origin, and gear used.

Storage: Keep frozen and thaw in the refrigerator before cooking. Product has four day refrigerated shelf life.
