Description: Cremini mushrooms and shallots baked into a soft tofu custard accompanied by Bandit's creamy Mozzarella! High Fidelity Bakery chose their signature flaky pie crust to hold it all together. Perfect for brunch, lunch, or a midnight snack.
Ingredients: CRUST: Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Flour Blend (Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum.), White Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Ground Flax Seeds, Water, Sea Salt, Palm Oil Shortening, Earth Balance Butter (Natural Oil Blend (Palm Fruit, Canola, Soybean, Flax And Olive Oils), Water, Salt, Soy Protein, Soy Lecithin, Lactic Acid (Non-Dairy), And Naturally Extracted Annatto (For Color). Soy) Filling: Silken Tofu, Hummus (Chickpeas, Garlic, Baking Soda, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Water, Tahini, Lemon Juice), Corn Starch, Olive OIl, Nutritional Yeast, Black Pepper, Mushrooms, Coconut Aminos, Shallots, Olive OIl, Concious Cultures Creamery Mozzerella (Coconut Oil, Cashews).
Storage: Keep frozen until ready to eat. Thaw for at least 30 minutes before warming. Can be kept frozen for a month or more. Once thawed, please refrigerate for up to 7 days if not warming/eating right away.
Cooking Instructions: To warm place Quiche in preheated oven (350*) on baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until fully warmed through. Alternatively can be warmed in microwave for 1-1.5 minutes or until warm.
