Soy) FIlling: Tofu, Almond Flour, Almond Milk, Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Flour Blend (Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum. Storage: Keep frozen. Thaw for at least 30 minutes before warming! Can be kept frozen for a month or more. Once thawed, please refrigerate for up to 7 days if not warming/eating right away.
Cooking Instructions: To warm place Pot Pie in preheated oven (350*) still in foil and bake for about 20-25 minutes until fully warmed through.
