Description: For those who enjoy oilier, full bodied fish such as salmon, you'll really like Spanish Mackerel. The richness lends itself to pair with acid flavors and fresh herbs. U.S. wild-caught mostly from Rhode Island to Alabama, Spanish mackerel is available year round. They have yellow or olive green oval spots all over. These spots distinguish Spanish mackerel from other mackerel. Spanish mackerel is an excellent source of selenium, niacin, and vitamins B6 and B12. It is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids.

Packaging & Usage: High tech flash frozen and vacuum sealed in 1 lb. portions at peak freshness from the ocean.


Storage: This product is a 1lb. vacuum sealed pack. Frozen Shelf Life: 9 months. Refrigerated Shelf Life: 4 days.
