Description: Rich, high-protein skyr yogurt. It's extra creamy and defiantly dreamy! Low in sugar, an excellent source of protein, lactose-free and a great source of Calcium. Eat plain, topped with granola or fruit, or in a savory dip! Organic milk is gently heated to the perfect temperature, unique Icelandic skyr cultures are added (i.e., all those healthy probiotics!). Then organic lactase enzyme is added, making this yogurt 100% lactose-free without affecting any of the nutrition! Ultra-filtration is used to remove lactose and excess liquid. Unlike other processing methods, ultra-filtration leaves all the nutrients and protein intact. No fillers needed!

We love using this one as a base for dips, sauces and toppings -- sweet & savory! Add garlic, cucumber, a splash of lemon juice and salt to make a delicious savory skyr. We also love to serve this with our family's favorite ground lamb meatballs! The cups also make a great addition for packed lunches and on-the-go snacks for you and your little ones!
