Black Urfa Chili-
It comes from southeastern Turkey, where you'll find it on almost every table. It's a deeply savory, not-so-spicy chili that's delicious on kebabs and other grilled foods. Try it cooked into stews and chilis, in salad dressings, sprinkled on fluffy scrambled eggs, and even mixed into brownies and other chocolate desserts for a little extra depth and a hint of heat. After being cured, the black Urfa chili is packed with salt and a little sunflower seed oil to preserve its natural texture and flavor and prevent it from drying out. 

Sun-dried Tomato Powder- It is made from a special tomato variety grown across Turkey's Aegean Sea coastline. It adds a bump of rich, savory, umami tanginess to anything it touches. Sauté the powder with aromatics like onions or garlic, use as a garnish on roasted vegetables or add to rubs for grilled meats.

Wild Mountain Cumin- It has a savory, penetrating aroma and bright, umami flavor. The tiny, oblong black seeds are hand-picked by foragers in the Hindu Kush mountains of Afghanistan. Botanically distinct from common cumin, our Wild Mountain Cumin is renowned in Afghanistan and throughout central and south Asia for its delicious flavor as well as its medicinal properties. It has a savory, penetrating aroma and bright, umami flavor evocative of grilled meats and sweet caramelized onions. The seeds are smaller and softer than the cumin you may be used to, and they do not need to be ground before use.
